ALR WA137 established May 2008
The American Legion Riders of Coy-Catlin Post 137 (ALR WA137) follow the National guidance for establishing Post programs. That process of Organize, Authorize, Operate and Audit is embodied in the following documents:
1) Organize/Authorize; ALR WA137's updated Declarative Resolution of OCT2024 passed by ALR WA137 and Accepted by Coy-Catlin Post 137 includes the Post, Department and National directives for an ALR Post program and memorializes the binding of ALR WA137 and Post WA137's Authorization.
2) Operate; ALR WA137's Standard Operating Procedures are promulgated policies for guidance in accomplishing operational tasks required for membership, officers, reporting and functions as a program of Post WA137.
3) Audit; ALR WA137's Auditing processes are internalized within the program and that of Post WA137. Some of these process include monthly
reporting to Post WA137, a Post WA137 officer and/or Post WA137 FO as signator on bank accounts, Financial reporting to Post WA137, coordination of ALR WA137 events through the Post WA137 House Committee and year-end financial auditing for Post WA137's IRS Reporting.
